Order Processing

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. - Orders placed before 4:30pm GMT (Mon–Fri) will be dispatched the same working day. - Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

Next Day Delivery

If you need your items quickly, choose our Next Day Delivery option. Orders must be placed before 4:00pm GMT (Mon–Fri) to guarantee next day arrival.

Customs & VAT

All prices on our website include UK VAT (20%). For customers outside the UK, local duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately we cannot control or estimate them.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, Royal Mail requires a waiting period before a claim can be made:

• UK Orders: 15 working days from the date of posting
• International Orders: 25 working days from the date of posting

We cannot replace or refund items until this time has passed. Once eligible, we’ll work directly with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and keep you updated at every step.
