Delivery & Shipping Policy
Quick Summary
We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s the short version of our delivery policy:

Same Day Dispatch – Orders placed before 4:30 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

Next Day Delivery – Place your order before 4:00 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) to guarantee next-day delivery.

UK Delivery – Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

International Delivery – Most orders arrive within 7–14 working days, but customs charges may apply.

Lost Parcels – Claims can be made after 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International).

VAT – All prices include UK VAT at 20%.

Full Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 4:30 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 4:30 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 4:00 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) to guarantee next-day arrival.
2. UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class, usually 2–5 working days.

Next Day Delivery options are available at checkout (cut-off times apply).
3. International Delivery

We have recently add some European countries we are now able to supply including France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–14 working days.

Please note: shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility, as we cannot control or predict these charges.
4. VAT

All prices shown on www.loveyourlegs.co.uk include UK VAT at 20%.

International customers may still be charged local taxes or duties by their own customs authority.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is shipped via Royal Mail and does not arrive:

For UK orders, you must wait 15 working days from posting before a claim can be made.

For international orders, you must wait 25 working days from posting before a claim can be made.

These waiting times are set by Royal Mail and others and must be observed.

Once the timeframe has passed, we will liaise with Royal Mail or relevant company and keep you updated throughout the claims process.
6. Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If your delivery option includes tracking, you will also receive a tracking number or link.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may need to recharge postage before resending it.
8. Delivery Issues & Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for postal or courier delays beyond our control (e.g. strikes, customs checks, or severe weather).
